Evaluation for us always represents an opportunity to learn and improve, even when the primary purpose is to satisfy a funder requirement. Combining our skills in a range of data collection and analysis methods with a collaborative “critical friend” approach that bring staff, participants, and community voices into the process, our evaluations support ongoing learning and program refinement that ultimately contributes to better community outcomes.
Strategic Planning
A strategic plan connects purpose – what your organization aims to achieve – with practice – the actions you take to support your clients and community. We bring our inquiry-focused collaborative approach to planning through purposeful engagement with staff and community that surfaces shared hopes along with unique perspectives and needs. From there, we work with you to develop clear goals and a plan for implementation that includes how to measure and demonstrate progress along the way.
Custom Projects
Our core skills – asking insightful questions, understanding complex issues, facilitating deep conversations, and making data understandable, among others – can readily support projects that don’t neatly fit under evaluation or strategic planning.
